Dressio Account Deletion Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and personal data and what happens after a deletion request is submitted.
2. User Rights
Users may request deletion of their account at any time. Users may also request deletion of uploaded photographs, Digital Twin data, avatar data, wardrobe information and associated personal information.
3. What Users Can Delete
Users may request:
- Complete account deletion
- Deletion of uploaded photographs
- Deletion of Digital Twin and avatar data
- Deletion of wardrobe information
- Deletion of AI profile data and personalization history
4. How to Request Deletion
Users may request deletion through account settings or by contacting privacy@dressio.ai.
5. What Happens After Account Deletion
Upon account deletion, users lose access to their account, Digital Twin, Virtual Try-On history, wardrobe data, preferences and associated platform functionality.
6. Data Removed
Dressio will remove or anonymize, where applicable:
- Account information
- Uploaded photographs
- Digital Twin files
- Avatar representations
- Wardrobe data
- AI personalization data
- Usage history linked to the user
7. Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution or legitimate business interests permitted under applicable law.
8. Processing Timeline
Dressio will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with GDPR and applicable legal obligations.
9. Third-Party Providers
Where data has been processed through approved third-party providers for Digital Twin creation, Virtual Try-On services, analytics or infrastructure, Dressio will take reasonable steps to ensure deletion requests are communicated where required.
10. Account Recovery
Once deletion has been completed, recovery of deleted accounts, photographs, Digital Twins, avatars and related data may not be possible.
11. GDPR Rights
This policy does not limit a user's GDPR rights, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and request data portability.
