1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Dressio, users agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
Users must be at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
3. Description of Services
Dressio provides Digital Twin creation, Virtual Try-On experiences, AI styling recommendations, wardrobe management, outfit suggestions and fashion-related services.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity performed through their account.
5. User Responsibilities
Users may only upload content they own or have permission to use. Users may not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing content.
6. Free Plan
The free plan includes Digital Twin creation and up to five Virtual Try-On sessions. Features may change over time.
7. Premium Plans
Premium subscriptions may unlock additional Try-Ons, wardrobe features, styling tools and future premium services. Prices and features may be updated.
8. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled, subject to applicable laws.
9. Digital Twin Disclaimer
Digital Twins are generated using user photographs, measurements, AI systems and third-party technology. Dressio does not guarantee that a Digital Twin perfectly represents a user's real body shape, proportions, appearance or measurements.
10. Virtual Try-On Disclaimer
Virtual Try-On results are simulations intended solely as visual guidance. Product appearance, fit, color, texture and proportions may differ from real-world results.
11. Size Recommendation Disclaimer
Any sizing or fit recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Dressio does not guarantee that recommended sizes will fit correctly.
12. Purchase Responsibility
All purchasing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. Dressio is not responsible for incorrect sizing, returns, exchanges, dissatisfaction with purchased products or differences between simulated and actual product fit.
13. AI Recommendations
AI-generated recommendations, outfit suggestions and styling advice are informational only and should not be considered professional advice.
14. Third-Party Technology
Dressio may use third-party providers for Digital Twin generation, Virtual Try-On technology, hosting, analytics, communication and payment services. Dressio does not guarantee that third-party services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
15. Intellectual Property
All Dressio software, trademarks, logos, databases, designs, content, AI systems and technology remain the exclusive property of Dressio and/or its licensors.
16. User Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Dressio the rights necessary to provide platform functionality.
17. Account Suspension or Termination
Dressio may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activity, security threats or violations of these Terms.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dressio shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of Digital Twins, Virtual Try-On simulations, AI recommendations, sizing suggestions, purchasing decisions, third-party services or platform usage. Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
19. Privacy
Use of Dressio is also governed by the Dressio Privacy Policy.
20. Service Availability
Dressio does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time.
21. International Users
Users accessing Dressio outside Belgium are responsible for compliance with local laws.
22. Changes to Terms
Dressio may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
