1. Introduction
Dressio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.
2. Data We Collect
Dressio may collect account information, email addresses, uploaded photographs, body measurements, Digital Twin data, Virtual Try-On activity, wardrobe information, AI interactions, device information, analytics and technical logs.
3. Uploaded Photographs
Users may upload photographs of themselves to create a Digital Twin. These may include full-body photos, profile photos and additional photos needed to improve avatar quality. Users should only upload photos they have the right to use.
4. Purpose of Photo Processing
Uploaded photographs are used exclusively to create and maintain a user's Digital Twin, improve Virtual Try-On experiences, provide size recommendations, outfit recommendations, AI styling features and personalized fashion experiences.
5. Digital Twin Generation
Uploaded photographs, body measurements and related information may be processed to generate a Digital Twin. The Digital Twin is used to simulate clothing, provide styling insights and improve personalization within Dressio.
6. Virtual Try-On
The Digital Twin may be used with clothing items to generate Virtual Try-On experiences. Virtual Try-On results are simulations and may differ from real-world appearance, fit and product presentation.
7. AI Features
Dressio may use AI systems to provide outfit recommendations, styling suggestions, wardrobe insights and personalization. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only.
8. Third-Party Providers
Dressio may use third-party providers for Digital Twin generation, Virtual Try-On services, cloud hosting, analytics, communication and platform functionality. Only the minimum data necessary is shared.
9. Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to provide services. Photographs, Digital Twins and associated profile information remain stored while the account remains active. Following account deletion, Dressio will remove or anonymize personal data unless retention is legally required.
10. Account Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their account, photographs, Digital Twin data and related personal information at any time through account settings or by contacting privacy@dressio.ai. Requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe subject to legal obligations.
11. GDPR Rights
Users have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to processing and request portability of their personal data. Requests may be sent to privacy@dressio.ai.
12. Security
Dressio implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or loss.
13. International Users
Dressio is available internationally. Appropriate safeguards will be implemented where personal data is transferred internationally.
